Information for Presenters

Please design your poster using Portrait Orientation and print it in A0 size. You are free to use any material for the poster. 

If you’d like, you can add a QR code to link your poster to further information or videos. This way you welcome conference audience members to engage audiovisually with your poster even if you are not there. This is also a way to increase the accessibility of your poster to everyone.

Please, be informed that poster session will only happen on the 6th of September.

Please submit your presentation slides in a PDF format by September 4th, 2024.

Name your file as follows: [Your Last Name]_[Research Title].pdf

The presentation slides can be emailed to [email protected].
If your file size is too large to attach in the email, you may share it via a shareable Google Drive or OneDrive link.

If you wish to bring handouts, please print these before arrival since we will not have access to printing services in the conference venue.
