Please design your poster using Portrait Orientation and print it in A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). You are free to use any material for the poster.
If you’d like, you can add a QR code to link your poster to further information or videos. This way you welcome conference audience members to engage audiovisually with your poster even if you are not there. This is also a way to increase the accessibility of your poster to everyone.
Please, be informed that poster session will happen on the 16th – 18th of October 2025.
